Insulation should be done before plastering. Insulation helps to regulate the temperature inside a building and reduce energy costs, so it is important to install it before the walls are plastered. Plastering over insulation helps to create a smooth and even surface for the walls, ensuring that the insulation is properly covered and protected. Additionally, installing insulation before plastering can help to prevent any potential damage to the insulation material during the plastering process. **

Sound insulation in new construction apartments can be improved by using high-quality building materials that have soundproofing properties, such as double or triple-pane windows, acoustic insulation in walls and floors, and solid core doors. Additionally, incorporating sound-absorbing materials like carpets, curtains, and acoustic panels can help reduce noise transmission within the apartment. Proper sealing of gaps and cracks in the building envelope can also prevent sound from entering or escaping the apartment. Finally, thoughtful layout and design considerations, such as avoiding shared walls between noisy areas and quiet areas, can further enhance sound insulation in new construction apartments. **
